Records-keeping compliance

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. § 75), Privé Moiconfirms that all hosts who appear on or transmit content through the platform were verified to be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the content was created or transmitted. Privé Moi does not knowingly permit any person under the age of eighteen to use the platform as a host or to appear in any content.

Age and identity verification

Every host completes a government-issued identity and age verification check through our third-party verification provider before being permitted to go live or receive calls. Records relating to that verification, including the date of verification and the verified date of birth, are retained in accordance with applicable law.

Platform status and exemptions

With respect to content produced by hosts and other users, Privé Moi acts as a provider of interactive computer services and, where applicable, as a secondary producer. To the extent any content falls outside the definitions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the exemptions provided therein are claimed. Privé Moi does not record private one-on-one calls.
