18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Records-keeping compliance
This statement is made with reference to the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. § 75). Privé Moi requires every host who appears on or transmits content through the platform to be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Privé Moi does not knowingly permit any person under the age of eighteen to use the platform as a host, to appear in any content, or to hold an account of any kind.
Age and identity verification
Every host accepts a Content Provider Agreement before being permitted to go live or receive calls. That agreement requires the host to complete government-issued photo identity and age verification through our third-party verification provider, to verify the identity and age of any other person appearing in their content, to obtain written consent from every person depicted, and to produce the supporting documents to us on request.
We are completing the rollout of third-party verification across every host onboarding path. Where verification has been completed, the date of verification and the verified date of birth are recorded and retained in accordance with applicable law.
Illustrative profiles
Some profiles shown in the catalogue are illustrative and do not depict a real host. Illustrative profiles do not transmit live content and are not subject to this statement. Only verified hosts transmit live video, receive calls or publish content.
Platform status and exemptions
With respect to content produced by hosts and other users, Privé Moi acts as a provider of interactive computer services and, where applicable, as a secondary producer. To the extent any content falls outside the definitions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the exemptions provided therein are claimed. Privé Moi does not record private one-on-one calls.
