1. Our commitment

Privé Moi respects the intellectual property and privacy rights of others and expects all users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we promptly remove content that is non-consensual or shared unlawfully.

2. Reporting infringing or non-consensual content

To request removal of content, send a written notice to privemoi.app@gmail.com that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work or material you claim has been infringed; (c) the URL or specific location of the material on our platform so we can find it; (d) your name, address, telephone number, and email; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Designated agent

Notices of alleged copyright infringement should be sent to our Designated Agent by email at privemoi.app@gmail.com. We review every properly submitted notice and act on valid ones without undue delay.

4. Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to privemoi.app@gmail.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and the location at which it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by the DMCA.

5. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Privé Moi will suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
