• Is the video chat actually private and encrypted?

  Yes. Private rooms use encrypted WebRTC transport. Video and audio are encrypted between your device and the model's device. When the call routes through our relay servers (required when both sides cannot connect directly), the encryption is maintained. We do not watch your calls and we do not record them. There is no stored copy to access later.
• Can the platform see or record my calls?

  No. Our infrastructure has no recording function. We do not buffer calls for "safety review" or any other reason, and the encryption design means we could not decrypt them even if we tried. What we do log is metadata: which two accounts were connected, when the call started, when it ended, and how many coins it cost. That billing data sits in a separate system from anything tied to your real identity, and you can wipe your account and that data in two clicks from the settings page.
• What happens if a model tries to screen record?

  Our client detects common browser-based screen capture attempts on the model's side. If detected, you get a warning and the call cuts. We cannot detect every method (no platform can), but we ban models who get caught and they forfeit their pending balance. Recording is a hard zero-tolerance violation. The model loses her account and forfeits her pending balance. We take this seriously because the whole point of the platform is that nothing leaves the room.
• What information do I need to provide to sign up?

  An email address and a username. That is it. We do not ask for your phone number, your real name, your date of birth in a verifiable way, your address, or any ID. We do not run a selfie check or a KYC on viewers. The email is only used for login recovery and the occasional account notice, and you can use a Proton Mail, Tutanota, or any disposable inbox you trust. New accounts get a free spin on signup, which gives you a few minutes of credit to try the platform before topping up.
• Can I use a fake name or anonymous handle?

  Yes, that is the default. Your handle is whatever you type into the signup field. It does not need to be your real name, your initials, or anything traceable to you. Models only see the handle, never an email or any identifying data. We do not enforce a "real name policy" and never will. Pick something forgettable. Most users sign up with a handle like "lurker92" or "anon7421" and never think about it again. The handle is the only thing the model and the support team can see.
• What does my credit card statement show?

  A discreet descriptor that does not contain the site name or adult keywords. It looks like a generic media or content purchase. We use a payment processor specifically because they offer a discreet billing line. If you want zero financial trail at all, pay with Bitcoin, Monero, or Litecoin instead. The point is that nobody glancing at your bank statement or your shared family card history will be able to tell what the charge was for.
• Can I use crypto for full anonymity?

  Yes. We accept Bitcoin, Monero, and Litecoin, and Monero is the strongest option if anonymity is your priority since the chain itself hides the amount and the receiver. With crypto, you skip the card processor entirely, which means we never see your name, your billing address, or any banking detail. Top up your coin balance with crypto and you can use the platform with no link between your wallet, your identity, and your activity. Coins still cost 20 per minute in private chat regardless of how you funded them.
• What if law enforcement requests my data?

  We respond to valid legal requests from jurisdictions where we operate, but the data we can hand over is very limited by design. We do not have your real name, your phone, your address, or your ID, because we never asked for them. We do not have call recordings, because they do not exist. The most we can produce is the signup email, a billing history if you paid by card, and metadata about which sessions happened and when. If you paid in crypto and used a private email, there is almost nothing to disclose.
• How long do you store my chat history?

  Text chat messages inside a private room are kept for 30 days for billing dispute and refund purposes, then auto-deleted. You can also delete any individual conversation from your account at any time, and it is gone immediately. Video and audio are never stored at all, in any form. The only thing that persists longer is your high-level billing record (how many coins you bought, when), and that is required for tax and chargeback reasons. • How do I delete my account and all data?

  Go to Settings, hit “Delete account,” and confirm. Your handle, email, chat history, payment metadata, and any saved preferences are wiped within 24 hours. Crypto payments leave no identifying data to delete in the first place. Card payment records that we are legally required to keep for tax and chargeback purposes are anonymized rather than deleted, meaning the dollar amount stays in the books but your name, email, and handle are stripped off.
