Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

Privé Moi is an adult-only platform. You confirm that you are eighteen years of age or older, that the age of majority in your jurisdiction has been reached, and that the laws of your country and state allow you to access content of this nature. We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time.

2. Account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials private. You will not share your account, impersonate another person, harass other users or hosts, share illegal content, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these rules, with or without notice.

3. Coin economy

Coins are a unit of account on the platform, with an exchange rate of twenty coins to one US dollar. Coins are not currency, cannot be redeemed for cash, and have no value outside the platform. Coin balances may be revoked in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms. Promotional coins and referral bonuses cannot be withdrawn.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments for coin packages are processed by our payment providers. Coins you have purchased and not yet spent are refundable on request within 14 days of the purchase date: emailsupport@privemoi.com and we will refund the unspent balance from that purchase to your original payment method. Coins that have already been spent are not refundable, because the service they paid for was delivered. In the event of a verified technical fault during a call, we will credit your account for the disputed time. Coin balances obtained through fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms may still be revoked as set out in section 3. We reserve the right to update package pricing at any time.

Card payments are not live yet. Coin packs are paid for in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, so a coin purchase creates no card or bank statement line at all. When card checkout opens, purchases will carry a discreet billing descriptor and we will publish it on this page before the first card is charged.

Our full refund policy, including how to request a refund and what to do about a charge you do not recognise, is set out on our refund policy page. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank: we can usually resolve a billing question in hours.

5. Content guidelines

Public-facing photos and profiles follow a non-explicit standard. Private 1-on-1 calls take place between consenting adults. The platform does not record private calls. Recording, redistributing, or screenshotting any host content without consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are prohibited absolutely. Any account involved in them is terminated immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

• Human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labour, and any use of this platform to promote, advertise or facilitate them.
• Physical abuse, coercion, exploitation, and any content produced under threat, duress, deception or economic pressure, or under the direction or control of a third party to whom the person depicted is indebted or beholden.
• Any depiction of a minor, of a person who appears to be a minor, or of an adult presented as a minor, including age play and school themes. We have zero tolerance for content that sexualises minors, and we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
• Rape and any other non-consensual sexual behaviour, real or simulated, including the depiction of anyone asleep, unconscious, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent.
• Incest, bestiality, and non-consensual mutilation of a person or a body part.
• Recording, streaming or photographing any person without their knowledge and consent.
• The appearance on camera of any person who has not registered, completed identity and age verification, and given written consent.

Anyone can report a breach of this section, with or without an account, through our complaints and content removal page. Reports are reviewed by people.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privé Moi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
