Privé Moi is committed to a safe, lawful platform. Anyone — whether or not you have an account — can report content you believe is illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise violates our rules, and anyone depicted in content can request its removal.
How to report
Email support@privemoi.com or use the report control on any profile, stream, call, or message. Please include: a link or description identifying the content, the reason for your report, and (if you are depicted) a way for us to verify your request. You do not need an account to contact us.
What we do
We review every report. Content we reasonably believe is illegal or non-consensual is removed immediately and the responsible account is disabled pending investigation. We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days, faster for illegal content.
Content depicting you
If you appear in content and did not consent, or you withdraw consent, contact us at support@privemoi.com and we will remove it upon verification.
Child sexual abuse material
We have zero tolerance for content that sexualises minors. Suspected child sexual abuse material is blocked, preserved, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
Appeals
If your content was removed and you believe that was in error, email support@privemoi.com to appeal.
