Can I refund unused coins?: Yes, within 14 days. Coins you have bought and not yet spent are refundable to your original payment method for 14 days after the purchase, just email support@privemoi.com. Coins you have already spent are not refundable, because the service they paid for was delivered. If a technical fault on our side spoiled a call, we credit the disputed time. Is my purchase private?: Crypto payments don't carry your name on the blockchain to us. We never share your activity with anyone, and your account information stays inside your account.
